Phase 2: Prototype Design

We design the electrical, software, and firmware systems and build working prototypes for testing, analysis, and evaluation purposes.

Phase 3: Final Design

We finalize designs and complete manufacturing design and documentation. We also build additional prototype units for testing and certification purposes.

Phase 4: Pre-Production

We fine-tune what will ultimately become the production standard, verifying the robustness of production design, fixtures, and jigs. We also solidify workstation documentation, tolerances, and workmanship standards.

Phase 5: Production

We manage the entire supply chain for production runs, ensuring components and raw materials are ordered in a timely manner to prevent production interruptions. We also sample raw materials and finished goods to verify that quality meets our high standards.
